  • We service the home weekly and give the homeowner quality assurance through checklist verification. This can be varied according to budget and usage needs.

JANITORIAL SERVICES - MaxClean offers thorough customized office cleaning services. The process begins with a meeting with the client/Property Manager, to establish a cleaning plan. We will then present a long term plan complete with cost evaluation. A cleaning log will be established which will be reviewed periodically with the client/Property Manager.

CARPET CLEANING - MaxClean has professionally trained staff that will treat your floor coverings with the greatest of care to enhance it’s aesthetic value as well as durability.

WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION - From time to time water can invade the living environment and cause a great deal of damage. MaxClean professionals are prepared to minimize the damage and interruption it can cause. We are ready to make a timely response as the need arises.

FURNITURE CLEANING/RESTORATION - Our years of experience on Restoration projects has prepared us to take care of your furniture needs. This includes simple cleaning to total refinishing.
