Are you bonded and insured?

We have the best insurance money can buy. Our employees have liability accident coverage and are fully bonded. We would be glad to share the documentation on these policies.

How do you get into our home or office?

You can give us a key, leave a key at an agreed upon location at your residence or office or meet the cleaners. The easiest way is to leave a key with us and we assure you that key will be kept in a safe place. We will also need to know your alarm information that will be kept secure as well.

What if your cleaners break something?

We will take care of the cost of anything we break if you notify us within two working days of the occurrence. Our cleaners are very careful but we cannot guarantee that this would not happen. We want you as a customer for the long term, we will make it right!

Will the same cleaners come every time?

We try to maintain the same team for your home or office but we cannot always guarantee that happening. There are illnesses and vacations that can interrupt that continuity. If that happens, you can be assured that a competent substitute will maintain the level of quality that MaxClean stakes its reputation.

How big are your crews?

This will vary from time to time but generally our crews consist of two people. They work on the buddy system and check each other’s work. This provides us with the safety of having a team and with a very good quality assurance factor.

How can I pay for your services?

We accept cash, checks, or Credit cards (MasterCard or Visa) at the time of service delivery. If you have a credit card on file, we will bill your card after the services are delivered. There will be a $15.00 service fee added on all returned checks. We do ask for a Credit Card or Cash on any one time cleaning service.

How much should I expect to pay for your services?

At MaxClean we say that "if you know one house, you know one house." We treat every home or office differently and after our consultation we will give you our estimate that will become your price. One time cleanings and the first cleaning generally run more because they require more of our time. Our ideal set up is a long term commitment to the cleanliness of your home or office. We try to keep costs down by being very efficient. The most expensive cleaning service is the one that does not clean. We will make sure that does not happen.

How do you handle holidays?

When your regular cleaning day falls on a holiday our schedulers will make sure that we plan around that day. Most often, we try to get in before the holiday because we know you may be having guests.

What if we do not want a scheduled cleaning?

If you do not want a scheduled cleaning, please notify our office within 48 hours. If you do not notify us or we cannot get into your home or office to perform our services, you will be billed the customary charge. Cleanings will then continue as scheduled. If you decide to terminate our services, please contact our offices as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges.

Is tipping customary?

Tipping our personnel is never required but if you have been happy with their service it is encouraged that you show them your appreciation. This does not always have to take the form of a monetary reward. A nice note makes our crew’s day!

Are your employees trained?

Each member of the MaxClean team goes through extensive training programs and placed with experienced mentors during their first days on the job. Quality cleaning is our business. We will make sure that each employee that comes to your home or office is well trained. We also have supervisors that check their work periodically and we respond to customer feedback immediately.

Do you do customer evaluations?

The simple answer to this question is YES. We want your feedback. We will periodically leave you an evaluation form but please do not hesitate to call our office immediately if you have a concern. Our goal is a long term commitment to you and if we can correct something right away, that is exactly what we want to do!

Can your employees be hired directly?

If you want to hire one of our employees, we will expect the customary $2000 finder’s fee that you agreed to when you enrolled in our service plan. Our employees are our biggest asset.

Will you reward me if I give you a referral?

We will give you a $25.00 off coupon for every referral that enrolls for our services! There is no limit to this opportunity. We feel our best advertising comes from satisfied customers.
